We want you to love your Bec + Bridge pieces; however, if you change your mind, we offer returns for a refund or store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your garments in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached to the clothing.
Label and Ship
Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Processing and Refund
Once your return is received and quality checked at our warehouse, your refund or credit note will be processed within 5-7 business days.
